This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit our website, Vercel automatically processes technical access data (server log files), including IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and the date and time of access.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Vercel. 3. Order data
When you place an order, we collect the following personal data: name, delivery address, email address, and payment details. This data is processed exclusively to fulfil the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data required by tax and commercial law (e.g. invoices) is retained for 10 years in accordance with §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB. Other order-related data is deleted after full completion of the transaction, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
4. Microsoft Clarity (Analytics)
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Clarity records mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behaviour, and creates session recordings and heatmaps to help us improve the usability of our website.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. Clarity is only loaded after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

5. PayPal
We use PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg for payment processing. When you select PayPal as your payment method, the data required to process the transaction (name, address, order data) is transmitted to PayPal.

6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we store your details to process your enquiry. This data will not be passed on without your consent and will be deleted once the enquiry is resolved, unless a retention obligation applies. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
